If child’s brain is filled with stress hormone, a chemical change might, with time, become a constant. this may create learning difficulties or later in life, a difficulty in controlling aggression and the likelihood of developing depression is growing.
Excess of such stimulations can affect sleeping, during which children process and strengthen new informations learned during the day.

DO WE WANT TO CREATE A STRONG NET ?
EMOTIONS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT!
WITH KIDS THERE ARE NO GOOD OR BAD EMOTIONS.THERE ARE TWO SITUATIONS:
IT IS GOOD WHEN THEY EXPRESS THEIR EMOTIONS AND IT IS BAD WHEN THEY DO NOT HAVE EMOTIONS,
WHEN THEY HIDE OR SUPPRESS.
If not at the earlier stage (in the crèche or within the family), then the latest when entering elementary school, kids start inhibit their emotions at least four hours a day. They start training of inhibition, the desired model for the adulthood.
From the social point of view, this is good: we teach kids how to fit into the social environment, however, this is probably not so good for their health.
Loud laugh and especially crying are not desired in the class, as they badly affect the working atmosphere. With grading at the school, we start evaluating intellectual competency, while from emotional point of view we consider “hardworking and quiet” the most desired characteristics, namely “the one who successfully inhibit his/her emotions”.
A child spends several hours in environment without moving (no production of endorphins – the hormones of happiness) and expression of emotions is reduced to the minimum.
In the handball education, there are several goals:
With powerful and pleasant emotions create strong network of information about the game.
Teaching kids how to handle unpleasant emotions.
By creating a positive environment during handball practice, positively affect development of kids’ characters.
