Speed, strength, and technique are all very useful,

but their value diminishes if they are not used well.

Players who don’t have a developed awareness of how best to use their handball knowledge end up not using it efficiently.

The point of tactics

is to help a player use his abilities with maximum efficiency in a game.

Actions are the clearest forms of collective tactics and coaches always focus on them.

We find that the basics of a young player’s training lie in individual tactics, and group tactics follows directly from it.

A senior player with good basic knowledge fits in quickly and easily into any collective tactical system.
